Shipping

Replacement Parts orders will ship on the next daily package pickup, which occurs on the same day of the order or the next business day.

Custom Built Product orders, such as AQUECOIL™ HHU products, will ship within five (5) business days. CoilStore orders are given the highest priority in the factory and will be manufactured to specifications as quickly as possible.

All orders will ship via the selected shipment method. Shipping Insurance on Parts and Products over $200 USD is automatically included in the price quotes shown in the cart.

All products are shipped FOB Factory.  That means that once we hand the product to a common carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS, ownership is transferred to the customer.  Sales tax to NC residents is calculated at the Iredell County rate.

Returns - General

All orders have a thirty (30) day return period. Contact us to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number which must be clearly written on the shipping box. Products returned without an RGA may be rejected.

Returns - Non-Defective

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

There is no restocking fee on Replacement Parts returned unused, in new condition.

Custom Built Products will incur a 20% restock fee due to the nature of special orders.

If any product is returned in an unsellable state, the refund request will be rejected with supporting photo documentation. Product may be sent back to buyer, at the buyer's request.

Returns - Defective

Upon receiving an RGA, a return shipping label will be emailed to the customer to be affixed to the original shipping box. Product should then be dropped of at the closest staffed location supporting the common carrier selected, such as FedEx or UPS.

All defective returns will be inspected within seven (7) days at the factory to confirm product failure. Once a defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued, including shipping, via the original payment method used on the order.  After seven days, the manufacturer's warranty applies, if any, and warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Any failures due to abuse, neglect or acts of god will be documented and the refund request will be rejected. Product may be sent back to buyer, at the buyer's request.
